Darcy Richardson is a bright, enthusiastic Broker with Revel Realty Inc., Brokerage and the Founder of Darcy Richardson Real Estate Group based out of the Niagara Region. Darcy brings to the table a keen business savvy and a sharp financial perspective, which is not something one would readily expect from their REALTOR®. Having obtained her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Brock University, followed by her Chartered Professional Accountant designation and a 7-year career at a local accounting firm, Darcy has been fortunate to immerse herself in the local business world. Her unique experience along with her passion for building strong relationships enables her to partner up with her clients to make sound decisions when buying or selling real estate.
After seeing an opportunity to bridge her passion of helping people with her strong analytical skills, Darcy decided to change her career focus to real estate after purchasing her first home. She was fortunate to join Revel Realty and now focuses her energy, passion and talent on her clients buying, selling and investing in real estate.
As a lifelong resident of the Niagara Region, Darcy has developed not only a true understanding of the region, but also a personal bond with the area. Currently residing in Fonthill with her husband, Darcy knows all the ins and outs of the various communities in Niagara. She is well positioned to help her clients make the best decisions when it comes to buying or selling their home. Darcy is very passionate about helping her clients find the most ideal place to invest and live.
Darcy also has a keen marketing sense and utilizes these skills, in addition to the experiences she has gained working in the business world and hospitality industry, to cater to individual client’s needs. Whether it be proximity to the best educational facilities the region has to offer, recreational centres, a desired neighborhood, or a specific element of the home, Darcy works tirelessly to ensure her clients are well informed in order to get the best outcome possible. To continue to bring the highest level of service to her clients, in 2021, Darcy became a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and achieved GUILD™ recognition for her sales history of luxury homes in the Niagara Region.
In addition to the high praise Darcy receives from her clients, in 2017, Darcy was rewarded with the Rockstar Rookie Award from the Niagara Association of REALTORS® and has taken on the position of Head Coach of the Fonthill office of Revel. Darcy is proud to have earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation in 2018. This designation has provided her with professional training and development that has instilled in her knowledge and understanding of a wide range of clientele.
